Richard has formal education and experience in park planning and campground layout. He was the Conservation Coordinator for BC Parks-Skeena Region for 4 years (part-time).
In addition, Richard is also certified (to 2023) to conduct Wildlife/Danger Tree assessments in provincial parks. If you need campsite or trail construction, general contracting of a small municipal park project, or replacement or renovation of park buildings, Oakstead would be happy to help.
