Jon has been trimming hedges for almost 10 years. If he doesn’t trim your hedge personally, it will be trimmed by someone that Jon has trained. He is a master.
There are so many different hedge categories; deciduous and coniferous. The best season for trimming deciduous hedges is slightly different that for coniferous hedges. Coniferous hedges are somewhat flexible as to their pruning season because they keep energy in their foliage all year. They do grow a bit slower in the winter. With coniferous hedges, trimming in early winter will allow you to enjoy the nice clean cut hedge look for a longer period. Deciduous hedges are best pruned after flowering season. Remember to check your hedges for bird nests if you are planning to trim in the spring.
