In 2018-2019 Oakstead removed invasive plants at a CVRD land-fill and planted 1200 potted native plants, and seeded 2 acres in native plants. Richard and “the boys” have planted hundreds of willow whips along riparian areas, and Rick has been involved in a number of stream bank stability projects in past years.
